QC, QA, Claim RMA, Garansi & Testing Division – CCTV & Access Control Product

Job Description:

Make sure product are good condition and ready to use. Making installation success, and no complain from customer. Troubleshooting, hardware and software (inject license) about the product. Checking, repair, and claim RMA & sparepart to principle. Reporting and documentation about the product. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user. Maintain complete documentations for all product related activity.

Requirements:

· Understand about CCTV, Accress Control, & Security System installation, setting & troubleshooting is a must.

· Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Technical Engineer / IT Service Center / IT Support.

· Able to work independenly, having good technical and solution skills.

· Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).

· Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions, resourceful, strong problem solving skill.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Puri & Meruya area.
