Job Description:
Support administrative requirements for Sales team. Prepare and /or collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, and follow up with related PIC or divisions. Organizing all the files, filling documents. Provide Sales Order & Delivery Order Document, mailing, and follow up. Checking prices and stock are up to date. Coordinate / follow up with other departement to solve issues. Track and route problems, requests and document resolutions. Follow up with team to ensure issue has been resolved.
Requirements:
· Good understanding about process SO to DO.
· Good understanding about SAP program will preferred.
· Proficiency in computer skills (Minimum : Excel : pivot, hlookup, vlookup, Internet).
· Attention to detail, responsible, and strong prioritization skill.
· Willing to work overtime with tight deadline and minimum supervision.
· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area
