Job Description: Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs, replacements, or adjustments as needed. Perform repairs on faulty equipment as soon as possible. Collaborate with customers to understand and address their service needs. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts usage and time spent on each task. Follow safety protocols and guidelines during service operations. Coordinate with all other teams in the organization.
Requirements:
- Having experience minimum 3 years as service center technician.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in soldering electronic components.
- Ability to perform repairs, rework, and replacements of electronic components on telecommunications equipment.
- Familiar with soldering tools, hot air soldering, rework stations, multimeters, and other electronic repair equipment.
- Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to mobile out office and business trip to outsite jabodetabek area for repair product at customer place.
