Job Description:
Leading branch office (Surabaya & East Indonesia), manage team & partner / channel (Retail & Project) relationship. Create strategies for partners to increase market share & build high value relationship with partners. Identifiying market movement, development new dealers / SI and maintaining existing base by increasing sell in / out / through quantity (Gross Profit). Find, create, searching and looking new customer (Surabaya & East Indonesia) (Retail, Project Partner & End User) through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting and etc. Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer – Retail Partner : Master Dealer, Dealer, Reseller & Project Partner (SI) is a must.
Requirements:
- Experienced in set up branch office & managing team.
- Having strong background experienced min 5 years as a sales / account manager in IT Distribution / Technology Products.
- Have own data base partner or customer list coverage from existing account preferably ( Master Dealer / Dealer / SI / End User / Owner ) and experience in tender process from begining until ending preferably.
- Understanding of the disciplines required to develop IT Distribution partner / channel and create new partner project SI (Tender / PL) is a must.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active) & mandarin min passive is our priority.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales target oriented, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, communication skills.
- Willing to work at Surabaya Area ( Branch Office ) and ready to business trip outside Surabaya (East Indonesia) area for create market / partner, develop area, presentation and assigned to the customer project or other cities in East Indonesia, to do the project presentation, training, sales support, etc.
