Job Description:
Presentation to Customer from beginning until Technical Specification, How to Install, How to Operate/Used and How to Troubleshoot. Provide technical skill and onsite support to customer, such as project management, survey, setting, installing, configuring, monitoring vendor and subcon to partner or end user / customer about Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project). Tandem with sales team to find and managing project (end user & partner), selling the products Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project) at Surabaya Area. Do technical support, project management, vendor / subcon coordination from project survey until reporting related with customer requirement on Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project) at Surabaya Area. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user.
Requirements:
- Having experience minimum 3 years in Technical Project/Presales Consultant Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution is a must.
- Having experience in Service Center will be preferred.
- Strong background and experience in tender process & creating project from beginning until ending is preferable.
- Willing to work at Surabaya Area (Branch Office) and ready to business trip to outside Surabaya (East Indonesia) area for creating, presentation, installation & implementation project.
