Job Description:
Provide support for SAP application system issues and customer needs. Receive, monitor, and troubleshoot the problem within SLA both in Web Ticketing System or Non Ticketing. Monitoring daily log report from SAP Application. Worked as the first point of contact with the user, service delivery of SAP B1 application support, and operations. Configure and maintain SAP B1 modules. Implement SAP B1 upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer.
Requirements:
· Understand technical specifications, business process, SAP Add-On Development, B1 Hana.
· Understand programming languages (vb, C#, .net programing), SDK / Service Layer, Query SQL / Hana, Crystal Report, JSON & Java Script .
· Having experience minimum 1 year at SAP B1 Company / Software House / Developer Company, in ERP as a Technical or Functional Consultant posistion and familiar with SAP B1 is a must.
· SAP Certifications is a big plus.
· Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya area and assigned to customer office.
