Job Description:
Developing, plan, implement, maintain, track, optimize and execute all marketing communication campaigns strategy across all channels, including online & offline and aligned with the brand’s goals.Managing the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, press releases, newsletters, and sales collateral. Create brand awareness through marketing plans and advertising campaigns. Running lead generation and demand generation initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Leading public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, and press coverage. Managing communication budgets and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns.Ensuring consistent tone, style, and voice across all internal and external communications. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to creating campaign concepts. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements:
· Having experienced min 3 years as a Marketing Communication in IT Distributor / Technology Company.
· Experience to handling media partners, events, and content production.
· Experienced in organizing events and being an MC at the event.
· Have creativity in creating concept marketing campaign.
· Computer & marketing design tools is a must (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet, Canva, Photoshop, etc).
· Willing to work (WFO) in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area & ready to outside jabodetabek for event / business trip (road show).
