Job Description:
Plan and execute all digital marketing channels, including website, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc. Create and maintain editorial content calendar for Campaign Planning. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Creatively identifying and engaging market through digital platform vertically to our business objectives. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Having experienced minimum 3 years as a Digital Marketing IT / Technology Company.
- Familiar with attribution modelling, website speed optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools and any skill related to digital marketing.
- Have creativity in content creating and digital communication.
- Computer & digital marketing design tools is a must (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet, Canva, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, etc), Javascript / PHP is a plus.
- Able to organize a photo / video shoot process.
- Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
- Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area & ready to outside jabodetabek for business trip (road show) and assigned to the customer project or other cities if necesary, and go to customer place to do the event, gathering, exhibition, ect, for sales support.
