Job Description:
Monitoring Network security application, and infrastructure performance 7×24, working on shifting schedule. Create network monitoring report, daily report on network status. Receive escalation from customers, conduct 1st layer analysis, escalate to company. First layer customer handling. Coordination with 3rd party/vendor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- With 2+ years experience in network management, system engineering, or IT support.
- Proven experience in a network operations or technical support role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, technologies, and troubleshooting techniques, and familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
- Relevant technical certifications Network Certificate (MTCNA, CCNA) or qualifications in network administration or engineering.
- Required to work shifts for weekdays and weekends.
- Willing to work On Site at Customer Office at Thamrin (Project Location).
