Job Description:
Doing & handle the recruitment and selection process, ensuring manpower planning initiative with growing business (end to end) process. Recruiting Sales, Presales, Consultant, Technical and other supporting positions in the IT field. Working closely with all Management Team for HR related issues. Responsible for HR recruitment Department both Holding Company and Subsidiary.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years in IT Company & experienced to recruiting Sales, Presales, Consultant, Technical, Developer and other supporting positions in the IT field is a must.
· Having good knowledge about psychological test & instrument and interpretation psychological test or psycogram will be our priority.
· Good knowledge & good understanding about HR Recruitment function, employment and labor law.
· Excellent administrative and proficiency in computer & internet skills (Minimum : Excel with advance formula skill: pivot, hlookup, vlookup, chart, etc).
· Willing to work in West Jakarta, and mobile at customer office if needed (will be preferable if living near to Harrisma Office: Meruya & Puri Area).
