Job Description:

Manage the end-to-end import process, including coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure best quality, delivery, and value. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer needs. Utilize available resources to research and identify potential suppliers. Analyze purchasing trends and develop long-term procurement strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Monitor performance of suppliers and evaluate the quality of purchased products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Economic / Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong in Importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues and other import documents) and Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP and other procurement software.
  • Have a good understanding of import regulations.
  • Having experienced min 3 years as a Procurement Import on IT / Technology Company / IT Distribution.
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active), and Mandarin (min Passive) is our priority.

Product Development for OEM IT Product Division

Job Description:

Analyze, identify market trends, customer needs, consumer needs and competitive products to drive product direction and strategy. Define the product vision, conceive new ideas, and align them with overall business objectives. Work with designers and engineers to build and test initial prototypes, refining features based on feedback. Analyzes user data, pricing comparisons, and sales metrics to inform development decisions. Cultivate and maintain relationships with end users, IT partners (shop owner / retail & project), and principals. Seek opportunities for partnership level-ups, negotiations, and collaborations. Creating forecast, ordering products & inventory management. Sharing product knowledge / training product to sales team. Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our product offerings. Develop and manage the marketing budget for the product division, ensuring efficient allocation, profitable growth and fiscal responsibility. Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, PR, and event coordination. Collaborate with the sales team to set pricing strategies and structures for the product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
  • Having experienced min 3 years as a Product Specialist / Product Manager / Product Development on all product for IT Distribution Hardware project and solutions is a must.
  • Strong background in data & analyst (Ms. Excel min Pivot, HLookup, VLookup).
  • Strong ability to interpret market data, cost structures, and consumer feedback to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, ability to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus), have experienced in searching for goods/products in China.

Lead Technical / Developer Apex – Salesforce CRM Software & Application

Job Description:

Supports the implementation from proposal to delivery. Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce to meet documented business requirements and conform to design specifications. Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions. Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Apex code, Lightning Components and Visualforce pages and LWC. Solid Apex coding practices along with collaboration with dev team in conducting peer reviews. Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms. Develop UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and jQuery. Meet the timeline on delivering the development task. Ensure all the development activities are completed according to the project timeline. Works with cross functional IT and business teams to architect, design and develop solutions based on business requirements. Identify areas of improvement in design, implementation, process, tooling, automated testing, SQA. Create and execute unit and integration test plans, including writing test cases, creating test data, and documenting test results. Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW. Identify deviations and communicate to project leadership. Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, DevOps, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing  system for assignments, bugs, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.

Requirements:

  • Only who have experience at Apex will be processed, at least 2 or more years of Salesforce development experience as a Technical / Developer / Programmer.
  • Salesforce Developer or Architect Certification is a plus.
  • Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, and Web Services.
  • Experience working with Salesforce API’s and general connectivity/integration best practices, including implementation and maintenance of external sync agents developed in Java,  NodeJS, JavaScript, Python, or similar. Experience with Lightning custom and out of the box components, SOQL or SQL and understanding of RDBMS concepts.
  • Experience with database software, platform as a Service solutions, integrating Salesforce with multiple internal applications & applying software development lifecycle methodologies to Salesforce development, including source code  control, automated testing, change management and promotion,  and secure management of test data. Knowledge of general Web Services concepts such as SOAP, REST, HTTP etc. is a must.
  • Mastery of data types, algorithms, object-oriented programming. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail and able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active).

Requirements:

  • Degree in internal auditing, financial accounting or financial management (essential). Able to communicate in English both oral and written (active) is a must, and Mandarin is our priority.
  • Must have strong background and experience minimal 3 years as audit internal position on IT Company / IT Group Holding & Subsidary / Distributor / System Integrator / IT Services / Retail.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is often required or preferred.
  • Two years of fraud auditing experience. Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Honest, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, and have ability to stick to time constraints.
