Job Description:

Tandem with sales team in sales job to selling IT Solution (Product & Services) in technical side, with making the proposal, doing the presentation, survey about the customer needs, condition in the project ( end user project ) and provide the solution from proposal, until project goal and finished. Provide technical skill and advice / recommendation, such as proposal in technical side and training end user / customer about IT Solution (Product & Services). Do Research for products, services, solutions and market trend for related technology. Ensuring that the company’s Solution (Product & Services) can deliver on the customer’s requirements.

Requirements:

  • Understand about IT Product, Solution & Services is a must, specific to AIDC, Networking and Handy Talky Product.
  • Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Pre Sales Consultant in System Integrator / IT Consultant Company.
  • Able to work independenly, having good communication, interpersonal, technical presentation and solution skills.
  • Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions, resourceful & strong problem solving skills.
  • Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices.
  • Fast learner and have attention to detail & able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in Surabaya Area (Branch Office) and assigned to the customer project or other cities in East Indonesia if necesary, and go to customer place to do the presentation, training, ect, for sales support.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written (English Active) is a must.
  • Able to communicate in mandarin (passive) is our priority.
  • Understand about IT Product, Solution & Services is a must, specific to AIDC & Scanner Barcode Product Solution.
  • Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Pre Sales Consultant in Distributor, System Integrator / IT Consultant Company.

Service Center Technician for Handy Talky (HT) Product & Solution

Job Description: Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs, replacements, or adjustments as needed. Perform repairs on faulty equipment as soon as possible. Collaborate with customers to understand and address their service needs. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts usage and time spent on each task. Follow safety protocols and guidelines during service operations. Coordinate with all other teams in the organization.

Requirements:

  • Having experience minimum 3 years as service center technician.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in soldering electronic components.
  • Ability to perform repairs, rework, and replacements of electronic components on telecommunications equipment.
  • Familiar with soldering tools, hot air soldering, rework stations, multimeters, and other electronic repair equipment.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to mobile out office and business trip to outsite jabodetabek area for repair product at customer place.

Create project, tandem with Principle and Partners or directly search End User and assign to Partners. Selling Video Wall, Video Tron, Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Smart Display & Digital

Signage Product division to Customer “Project Partners”. Generate, create, develop and manage the “Project Partners” : ME, Design Interior, Contractor, Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User (SMB, Enterprise, Retail, Apartment, Mall, Hotel Public Area & Building). Develop sales strategies that increase income from “Project Partners”. Analyze market competition and competitor activities to have the market insight. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new partners : ME, Design Interior, Contractor, Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User (SMB, Enterprise, Retail, Apartment, Mall, Hotel Public Area & Building).

Requirements:

  • Have own a vehichle ( Motor / Car ) and Laptop is a must.
  • Having experienced minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing for Sales Project – Video Wall, Video Tron, Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Smart Display & Digital Signage Product is a must.
  • Must have experienced & knowledge and about Sales Project – Video Wall, Video Tron, Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Smart Display & Digital Signage Product for Project (SMB, Enterprise, Retail, Apartment, Mall, Hotel Public Area & Building) and how to sell.
  • Have data base / customer list coverage from existing account : ME, Design Interior, Contractor, Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User (SMB, Enterprise, Retail, Apartment, Mall, Hotel Public Area & Building) is a must.
  • Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active).

Internal Audit For IT Group Company, Holding & Subsidary

Job Description:

Identify and assess areas of significant business risk. Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements. Manage resources and audit assignments. Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls. Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice. Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan. Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks / fraud. Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes. Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management / BOD. Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

Requirements:

  • Degree in internal auditing, financial accounting or financial management (essential).
  • Must have strong background and experience minimal 5 years in audit internal position on IT Company / IT Group Holding & Subsidary / Distributor / System Integrator / IT Services.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is often required or preferred.
  • Two years of fraud auditing experience.
  • Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • Honest, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, and have ability to stick to time constraints.
  • Willing to work WFO in west Jakarta – Puri & Meruya area
