Senior Account Manager for IT Product – Chinese Account Division

Job Description:

Find, create, searching and looking own new customer (China Company) who want buy IT Product & Solution through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting, negotiating, dealing, selling and etc. Create project directly search End User is a must. Generate, create, develop, manage & approach the “End User” for various vertical markets (Retail, Logistic, Warehousing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities and Public Service, etc) .Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with internal or external stakeholder or technical team for solution design, proposal drafting, presentating, negotiating, order closing, project execution and payment collection.

Requirements:

· Having experienced Minimum 3 Years in IT Product Industry as a Sales and Marketing our priority, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

· Familiar with IT solutions for various vertical market (Retail, Logistic, Warehousing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities and Public Service, etc…) is preferred.

· Able to communicate in English & Mandarin both speaking and writing is a must (Active).

· Computer skill is a must (Ms.Office, Ms.Outlook, Internet, etc).

· Strong interpersonal, excellent presentation, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, communication & able to work with internal & external stakeholders is a critical aspect.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready to outsite Jabodetabek for business trip, create project, open and develop new market and new business.

Presales – Security System, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Gate, Video Wall, Video Tron Product

Job Description:

Tandem with sales team in sales job to selling Biometric Security Verification (Security System, CCTV. Access Control, Fire Alarm, Gate) & Display (Video Wall & Video Tron) Product in technical side, with doing the presentation, survey about the customer needs, condition in the prroject ( end user / partner project ) and provide the solution from technical drawings, proposal, sizing, commissioning test until project goal and finished. Provide technical skill and advice / recomendation, such as technical drawings, proposal in technical side, setting, installing, configuring, commissioning test and training partner or end user / customer about Biometric Security Verification & Display Product. Do technical site survey, POC, sizing and assessment toward customer related with customer requirement. Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer. Reporting and documentation about the project. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user. Assist in new product introduction and relase activities. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain complete documentations for all product related activity. Responsible for claim the sparepart to the principle, and also the documentation and report.

Requirements:

· Understand about Biometric Security Verification System & Display Product is a must.

· Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Presales Consultant in Biometric Security Verification System & Display Product.

· Able to work independenly, having good technical presentation and solution skills.

· Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).

· Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions, resourceful, strong problem solving skill.

· Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necesary, and go to customer place to do the presentation, training, ect, for sales support.
