SAP Business One (B1) Application Support

Job Description:

Provide support for SAP application system issues and customer needs. Receive, monitor, and troubleshoot the problem within SLA both in Web Ticketing System or Non Ticketing.Monitoring daily log report from SAP Application. Worked as the first point of contact with the user, service delivery of SAP B1 application support, and operations.Configure and maintain SAP B1 modules.Implement SAP B1 upgrades, patches, and enhancements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer.

Requirements:

  • Understand technical specifications, business process, SAP Add-On Development, B1 Hana.
  • Understand programming languages (vb, C#, .net programing), SDK / Service Layer, Query SQL / Hana, Crystal Report, JSON & Java Script
  • Having experience minimum 1 year at SAP B1 Company / Software House / Developer Company, in ERP as a Technical or Functional Consultant posistion and familiar with SAP B1 is a must.
  • SAP Certifications is a big plus.
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active) and mandarin (min pasive) is our priority.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to customer office.

Admin Tender / Project Support for Sales Division

Job Description:

Support administrative requirements for Sales team, both Direct Selling and Tender, including pre and post Project Tender.Prepare and /or collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, monitor tender announcement, and follow up with related PIC or divisions.Organizing all the files, filling the Pre and Post Project Tender documents.Provide Sales Order Document, mailing, and follow up.Checking prices and contracts are up to date.Coordinate / follow up with other departement to solve issues.Track and route problems, requests and document resolutions.Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Stay up-to-date with new products and features.Prepare activity reports that customer needed.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding about tender procedure e-purchasing sites : LKPP, e-Catalog, LPSE, SKK Migas, Inaproc, SPSE, e-sourcing, e-tendering, e-auction and other procurement (is a must).
  • Excellent knowledge of tender document requirement : Surety bond, Bank Reference, Business Legal Documents, CIVD, etc.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Minimum Excel : pivot, hlookup, vlookup, chart & Internet).
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills, willing to visiting customer for tender purpose.
  • Good understanding about ISO, OHSAS, K3 and HSE will preferred.
  • Willing to work overtime with tight deadline and minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area, and mobile at customer office if needed.

Job Description:

Tandem with sales team in sales job to selling Video Wall / Tron, IFP, Smart Interactive & Signage Display Product & Solution in technical side, with doing the presentation, survey about the customer needs, condition in the prroject ( end user / partner project ) and provide the solution from technical presentation, proposal, until project goal and finished. Provide technical skill and advice / recomendation, such as technical presentation, proposal in technical side, setting, installing, configuring, commissioning test and training partner or end user / customer about Video Wall / Tron, IFP, Smart Interactive & Signage Display Product & Solution. Do technical site survey, POC and assessment toward customer related with customer requirement.Research for products, services, solutions and market trend for related technology.Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer.Reporting and documentation about the project.

Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user. Assist in new product introduction and relase activities.

Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain complete documentations for all product related activity. Responsible for claim the sparepart to the principle, and also the documentation and report.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in mandarin (passive) is our priority.
  • Understand about Video Wall / Tron, IFP, Smart Interactive & Signage Display Product & Solution is a must.
  • Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Presales Consultant in Video Wall / Tron, IFP, Smart Interactive & Signage Display Product & Solution.
  • Able to work independently, having good technical presentation and solution skills.
  • Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if neccesary, and go to customer place to do the presentation, training, etc, for sales support.
