Account Manager for Printer & Scanner Barcode – Retail & Project Division

Job Description:

Create project, tandem with Principle and Partners or directly search End User and assign to Partners.Selling Printer & Scanner Barcode to Customer “Retail & Project Partners”. Generate, create, develop and manage the “Retail & Project Partners” (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User). Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new partners (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User).

Requirements:

· Having experienced minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing for Printer & Scanner Barcode Product is a must.

· Must have experienced & knowledge and about Printer & Scanner Barcode Product for Project (SMB) and how to sell.

· Have data base / customer list coverage from existing account (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User) is a must.

· Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).

· Willing to work at Meruya & Puri Area and ready to business trip to outside Jakarta area for creating, presentation, installation, implementation project and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necessary, to do the presentation, training, sales support, etc.

Presales For Security System, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Gate, & IoT Product

Job Description:

Tandem with sales team in sales job to selling Biometric Security Verification (Security System, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Gate, & IoT Product) in technical side, with doing the presentation, survey about the customer needs, condition in the prroject ( end user / partner project ) and provide the solution from technical drawings, proposal, until project goal and finished. Provide technical skill and advice / recomendation, such as technical drawings, proposal in technical side, setting, installing, configuring, commissioning test and training partner or end user / customer about Biometric Security Verification Product. Do technical site survey, POC and assessment toward customer related with customer requirement.

Research for products, services, solutions and market trend for related technology.

Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer. Reporting and documentation about the project. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer/end user.

Requirements:

· Security Verification System & Product is a must.

· Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Presales Consultant in Biometric Security Verification System & Product.

· Able to work independenly, having good technical presentation and solution skills.

· Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necessary, and go to customer place to do the presentation, training, etc., for sales support.

Job Description:

Make sure product are good condition and ready to use. Making installation success, and no complain from customer. Troubleshooting, hardware and software (inject license) about the product. Checking, repair, and claim RMA & sparepart to principle. Reporting and documentation about the product. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user. Maintain complete documentations for all product related activity.

Requirements:

· Understand about CCTV, Accress Control, & Security System installation, setting & troubleshooting is a must.

· Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Technical Engineer / IT Service Center / IT Support.

· Able to work independenly, having good technical and solution skills.

· Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).

· Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions, resourceful, strong problem solving skill.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Puri & Meruya area.

Admin Tender/Project Support for Sales System Integrator Division

Job Description:

Support administrative requirements for Sales team, both Direct Selling and Tender, including pre and post Project Tender. Prepare and /or collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, monitor tender announcement, and follow up with related PIC or divisions. Organizing all the files, filling the Pre and Post Project Tender documents. Provide Sales Order Document, mailing, and follow up. Checking prices and contracts are up to date. Coordinate / follow up with other departement to solve issues. Track and route problems, requests and document resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Prepare activity reports that customer needed.

Requirements:

· Good understanding about tender procedure at least 1 of these government e-purchasing sites : LKPP, SPSE, LPSE (is a must).

· Excellent knowledge of tender document requirement : Surety bond, Bank Reference, Business Legal Documents, etc.

· Proficiency in computer skills (Minimum : Excel : pivot, hlookup, vlookup, chart & Internet).

· Good understanding about ISO, OHSAS, K3 and HSE will preferred.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya area, and mobile at customer office if needed
