Job Description:

Find, create, searching and looking own new customer who want buy Barcode Solution & Cash Register Machine / POS Peripheral Product (end user) through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting and etc. Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer is a must. Create project, tandem with Partners or directly search End User and or assign to Partners. Selling Barcode Solution & Cash Register Machine / POS Peripheral Product to customer “Retail Partners”. Generate, create, develop and manage the “Retail Partners” (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Master Dealer, Dealer, Reseller and End User). Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new partners (Consultant, Contractor, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Master Dealer, Dealer, Reseller and End User).

Requirements:

  • Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
  • Having experienced minimum 1 years in Sales & Marketing.
  • Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active).
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready to outside Jabodetabek for business trip (road show) or create project or open new market.

Tech Recruiter Specialist for IT Distribution & Software Solution

Job Description:

Doing & handle the recruitment and selection process, ensuring manpower planning initiative with growing business (end to end) process .Recruiting Sales IT Project & Retail, IT Presales, Technical, Engineer, Consultant, Developer and other supporting positions in the IT field.Working closely with all Management Team for HR related issues.Responsible for HR recruitment Department both Holding Company and Subsidiary.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years in IT Company & experienced to recruiting Sales IT Project & Retail, IT Presales, Technical, Engineer, Consultant, Developer and other supporting positions in the IT field is a must.

· Having good knowledge about psychological test & instrument and interpretation psychological test or psycogram will be our priority.

· Have an excellence communication skill in English both oral and written (active) is a must, and mandarin (active) will be priority.

· Good knowledge & good understanding about HR Recruitment function, employment and labor law.

Job Description:

Developing, plan, implement, maintain, track, optimize and execute all marketing communication campaigns strategy across all channels, including online & offline and aligned with the brand’s goals.Managing the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, press releases, newsletters, and sales collateral. Create brand awareness through marketing plans and advertising campaigns. Running lead generation and demand generation initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Leading public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, and press coverage. Managing communication budgets and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns.Ensuring consistent tone, style, and voice across all internal and external communications. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to creating campaign concepts. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Requirements:

· Experience to handling media partners, events, and content production.

Find and managing new customer / end user / project partner, selling the products in IT Project solution ( Handy Talky, AIDC Barcode-Printer-Scanner-Label, Networking product ).Generate New Customer & New Sales Opportunities. Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customer is a must.

Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication ( new customer and / or partners or principles ) to assigned target number quarterly (Gross Profit). Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with customer or partner project and be a PIC of contact.Focusing on growing and developing existing customer with generating new coverage and customer. Achievement of sales through the direct sales (End User). Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.Sales target oriented, aggressive & initiative.

Requirements:

· Having experience Minimal 5 Years as a Sales Project IT Product is a must.

· Have own data base / customer list coverage (manufacturing, transportation, logistic etc) from your existing account or project partner (own networking) is a must.

· Strong background and experience in tender process & creating project from beginning until ending is a must.
