Admin Tender / Project Support for Sales Division

Job Description:

Support administrative requirements for Sales team, both Direct Selling and Tender, including pre and post Project Tender. Prepare and /or collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, monitor tender announcement, and follow up with related PIC or divisions. Organizing all the files, filling the Pre and Post Project Tender documents. Provide Sales Order Document, mailing, and follow up. Checking prices and contracts are up to date. Coordinate / follow up with other departement to solve issues. Track and route problems, requests and document resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Stay up-to-date with new products and features.Prepare activity reports that customer needed.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding about tender procedure at least 1 of these government e-purchasing sites : LKPP, SPSE, LPSE (is a must).
  • Excellent knowledge of tender document requirement : Surety bond, Bank Reference, Business Legal Documents, etc.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Minimum : Excel : pivot, hlookup, vlookup, chart & Internet).
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills, willing to visiting customer for tender purpose.
  • Good understanding about ISO, OHSAS, K3 and HSE will preferred.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya area, and mobile at customer office if needed.

Project Manager – Civil (Management Construction) High Rise Building

Job Description:

Overseeing and directing construction projects (High Rise Building) from conception to completion. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress on daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences. Analyse, manage and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in construction (High Rise Building) management.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction (High Rise Building) management processes, means and methods is a must.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction (High Rise Building) details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction (High Rise Building) process.
  • Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Willing to work in Tangerang- Gading Serpong (Project Location) and West Jakarta – Meruya or Puri area (Head Office).

Generate, create, develop and manage the “Retail Partners” (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Master Dealer, Dealer, Reseller and End User). Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new partners (Consultant, Contractor, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Master Dealer, Dealer, Reseller and End User).

Requirements:

  • Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
  • Having experienced minimum 1 years in Sales & Marketing.
  • Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active).
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready to outside Jabodetabek for business trip (road show) or create project or open new market.

Requirements:

Product Manager – IT Distribution Hardware Product & Solution

Job Description :

Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our product offerings.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to drive product direction and strategy.Cultivate and maintain relationships with end users, IT partners (shop owner / retail & project), and principals. Seek opportunities for partnership level-ups, negotiations, and collaborations.Creating forecast, ordering products & inventory management.Sharing product knowledge / training product to sales team.Develop and manage the marketing budget for the product division, ensuring efficient allocation, profitable growth and fiscal responsibility.Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, PR, and event coordination.Collaborate with the sales team to set pricing strategies and

structures for the product portfolio.Provide product presentation to customers that understand the technical concept.Working closely with Sales, Presales and Engineer to provide Solution Proposal and Proof of Concept (POC).Provide regular updates and reports to management on product performance, challenges, and opportunities. Requirements:

· Having experienced min 3 years as a Product Specialist / Product Manager on all product for IT Distribution Hardware project and solutions is a must.

· Strong background in data & analyst (Ms. Excel min Pivot, HLookup, VLookup).

· Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

· Ability to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya area ( Head Office ) and ready to business trip to outside jabodetabek for business trip (road show) or create project or open new market.
