HRD Recruitment for IT Distribution

Job Description:

Doing & handle the recruitment and selection process, ensuring manpower planning initiative with growing business (end to end) process. Recruiting Sales, Presales, Consultant, Technical and other supporting positions in the IT field. Working closely with all Management Team for HR related issues. Responsible for HR recruitment Department both Holding Company and Subsidiary.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years in IT Company & experienced to recruiting Sales, Presales, Consultant, Technical, Developer and other supporting positions in the IT field is a must.

· Having good knowledge about psychological test & instrument and interpretation psychological test or psycogram will be our priority.

· Good knowledge & good understanding about HR Recruitment function, employment and labor law.

· Excellent administrative and proficiency in computer & internet skills (Minimum : Excel with advance formula skill: pivot, hlookup, vlookup, chart, etc).

· Willing to work in West Jakarta, and mobile at customer office if needed (will be preferable if living near to Harrisma Office: Meruya & Puri Area).

Technical Consultant/ Developer/Programmer Apex – Salesforce CRM Software & Application

Job Description:

Supports the implementation from proposal to delivery. Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce to meet documented business requirements and conform

to design specifications. Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions. Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Apex code, Lightning Components and Visualforce pages and LWC. Solid Apex coding practices along with collaboration with dev team in conducting peer reviews. Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms. Develop UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and jQuery. Ensure all the development activities are completed according to the project timeline. Works with cross functional IT and business teams to architect, design and develop solutions based on business requirements. Identify areas of improvement in design, implementation, process, tooling, automated testing, SQA. Create and execute unit and integration test plans, including writing test cases, creating test data, and documenting test results.

Requirements:

· At least 2 or more years of Salesforce development experience as a Developer/Programmer.

· Experience working with Salesforce API’s and general connectivity/integration best practices, including implementation and maintenance of external sync agents developed in Java, NodeJS, JavaScript, Python, or similar.

· Experience with Lightning custom and out of the box components, SOQL or SQL and understanding of RDBMS concepts.

· Experience with database software, platform as a Service solutions, integrating Salesforce with multiple internal applications & applying software development lifecycle methodologies to Salesforce development, including source code control, automated testing, change management and promotion, and secure management of test data.

· Knowledge of general Web Services concepts such as SOAP, REST, HTTP etc. is a must.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to customer office.

Finance Accounting & Tax Manager For IT Distribution

Job Description:

Maintain and update accounting records and files. financial report. Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses). Reconcile bank statements. Track bank deposits and payments. Assist with budget preparation. Prepare invoice, payment purchase, and petty cash. Process authorized financial transactions and payments. Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions. Creating, sending, and following up on invoices. Monitoring bank account, deposits and payments. Responsible for handling tax issues in Holding and all business lines. Prepare and review calculation, estimation, and tax report. Manage tax compliance, reporting, and tax issues for group. Set the appropriate system to manage tax risk. Manage external tax authority, consultant or external parties (ex : overseas principle). Responsible for tax audit. Having coordination with operational division and staff. Make sure the data costing are correct & ensure tax filing is accurate and timely.

Requirements:

· Must have strong background and experience minimal 5 years in Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager position on IT Distribution Company / System Integrator / IT Services.

· Having experience in Finance & Inventory (E-banking Payment Model, Stock opname, Stock reconciliation, et cetera).

· Having knowledge in stock control, warehouse, inventory management.

· Honest, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, and have ability to stick to time constraints.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Puri & Meruya area.

Job Description:

Support administrative requirements for Sales team, both Direct Selling, Retail and Tender, including pre and post Project Tender. Organizing all the files, filling the documents. Provide Sales Order Document, mailing, and follow up. Checking prices and contracts are up to date. Coordinate / follow up with other department to solve issues. Track and route problems, requests and document resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Prepare activity reports that customer & team needed.

Requirements:

· Good understanding about distribution process, flow & procedure is a must.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must (especially excel : min pivot table, hlookup, vlookup, chart).

· Excellent administrative and communication skills, willing to visiting customer for retail and tender purpose.

Provide technical skill and onsite support to customer, such as project management, survey, setting, installing, configuring, monitoring vendor and subcon to partner or end user/customer about Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project).

Do technical support, project management, vendor / subcon coordination from project survey until reporting related with customer requirement on Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project).Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer/end user. Lead and supervise a team of service center professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

· Having experience minimum 3 years in Technical Project / Presales Consultant Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution is a must.

· Having experience in Service Center will be preferred.

Requirements:

  • Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Pre Sales Consultant / IT Consultant Company.
