Branch Manager for IT Distribution – Placement Surabaya (Branch Office)

Job Description:

Leading branch office (Surabaya & East Indonesia), manage team & partner / channel (Retail & Project) relationship. Create strategies for partners to increase market share & build high value relationship with partners. Identifiying market movement, development new dealers / SI and maintaining existing base by increasing sell in / out / through quantity (Gross Profit). Find, create, searching and looking new customer (Surabaya & East Indonesia) (Retail, Project Partner & End User) through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting and etc. Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer – Retail Partner : Master Dealer, Dealer, Reseller & Project Partner (SI) is a must.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in set up branch office & managing team.
  • Having strong background experienced min 5 years as a sales / account manager in IT Distribution / Technology Products.
  • Have own data base partner or customer list coverage from existing account preferably ( Master Dealer / Dealer / SI / End User / Owner ) and experience in tender process from begining until ending preferably.
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to develop IT Distribution partner / channel and create new partner project SI (Tender / PL) is a must.
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active) & mandarin min passive is our priority.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales target oriented, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, communication skills.
  • Willing to work at Surabaya Area ( Branch Office ) and ready to business trip outside Surabaya (East Indonesia) area for create market / partner, develop area, presentation and assigned to the customer project or other cities in East Indonesia, to do the project presentation, training, sales support, etc.

Inspector MEP – Management Construction Project

Job Description:

Conduct inspections at material arrival, in-process, and final stages for HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical panels. Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and approved MEP design drawings. Prepare detailed inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and update inspection test plans (ITP)

Identify and report faulty wiring, defective equipment, or incorrect installation methods. Collaborate & coordinate with contractors, project managers, and engineers to resolve technical issues. Perform functional tests, such as pressure testing for piping and operational checks for mechanical equipment. Handle the QA and QC of the job. Review the work progress on daily basis

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including ability to interpret MEP drawings, architectural plans, and structural drawings.
  • Min. 5 years as MEP Inspector for Construction HO, with specifically min 12 floors high rise building projects, experienced in planning master schedule, design (sketch) & reading (shopdrawing), execution, MEP calculations, including tender estimation.
  • Skilled and experienced in MEP systems, material, equipment, related software (MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Primavera), K3 / HSE, good understanding of IK.
  • Familiarity with local and national building, safety, and electrical codes.
  • Often requires previous experience in construction QA/QC for MEP works
  • Proven working experience in construction management.
  • Understanding of all facets of the MEP construction process.
  • Willing to work in Tangerang- Gading Serpong (Project Location) and West Jakarta – Meruya area (Head Office).

Monitoring Network security application, and infrastructure performance 7×24, working on shifting schedule. Create network monitoring report, daily report on network status. Receive escalation from customers, conduct 1st layer analysis, escalate to company. First layer customer handling. Coordination with 3rd party/vendor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • With 2+ years experience in network management, system engineering, or IT support.
  • Proven experience in a network operations or technical support role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, technologies, and troubleshooting techniques and familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
  • Relevant technical certifications Network Certificate (MTCNA, CCNA) or qualifications in network administration or engineering.
  • Required to work shifts for weekdays and weekends.
  • Willing to work On Site at Customer Office at Thamrin (Project Location).

Job Description:

Answering incoming and outgoing telephone calls, mails / documents, deliveries (sort and route). Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Welcome on-site visitors and guess, announce visitors to the appropriate personnel. General administration, ordering mineral water, office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Update calendars and schedule meetings for meeting room booking process. Other assignment HRD, GA & Administration department may request from time to time. Organizing all the files, filling the documents. Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).

Requirements:

  • Good personality, full of initiative, and good personality.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative or similar role in a company.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must (especially excel : min pivot table, hlookup, vlookup, chart).

Business Analyst for HRIS System (Functional Consultant for Darwinbox )

Job Description:

Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to Darwinbox business processes. Helping, supporting and working together with sales team for meeting, presentation, visiting, to new customer and/or existing customer is a must ( Project ). Confidence and ability to make recommendations for the selection of appropriate Darwinbox business processes to meet client requirements effectively. Functionality Testing : Knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing. Ability to design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing in order to ensure the solution meets the business requirements. Develop process models based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components. Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines. Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth level break/fix support), Flow diagrams and DFD. Ability to deliver basic Darwinbox training to client end-users.Work very closely with business decision makers and end users.Testing, reviewing, correcting and enhancing code written by other developers and some activities.

Requirements:

  • Must understand the process of HRIS, API concepts, SaaS Platform & integration.
  • Having experience minimum 3 year at HRIS Company / Software House / Developer Company, in HRIS Consultant Functional / Application / Business Analyst position and familiar with Darwinbox is a preferable.
  • Good skill and experience in HRIS Business Analyst, Business Process, Business Blueprint, UAT, User Training, SQL Server, MySQL Database, Query, Crystal Report, Go Live and Implementation, is a must.
  • Detail oriented, ability test every Add On and Application.
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to develop and create HRIS project is a must.
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active) and mandarin (pasive) is our priority.
  • Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to customer office.
