Secretary to Director

Job Description:

Maintain the Director’s agenda and assist in planning appointments & business trip. Attend meetings and keep minutes; receive and screen phone calls and re-direct them when appropriate.Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, & etc). Make business trip arrangement (domestic and international), itineraries, accommodations, and transportation when necessary.Process travel expenses and reimbursements promptly.Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Proportional & Well-dressed.
  • Must able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active).
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferable.
  • Careful, high integrity, proactive, initiative, well organized, good communication, attention to detail, teamwork & good team player, service excellent, focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to mobile outside office to assist Director.

Sales Project – CCTV, Access Control, Door Lock, Barrier Gate & Security System

Job Description:

Create project, tandem with Principle and Partners or directly search End User and assign to Partners. Selling CCTV, Access Control, Door Lock, Barrier Gate & Security System Product division to Customer “Project Partners”. Generate, create, develop and manage the “Project Partners” : ME, Design Interior, Developer, Contractor, Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller, Owner and End User (Commercial, Industrial, High-Rise Buildings & Infrastructure).Develop sales strategies that increase income from “Project Partners”. Analyze market competition and competitor activities to have the market insight. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new partners : ME, Design Interior, Developer, Contractor, Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller, Owner and End User (Commercial, Industrial, High-Rise Buildings & Infrastructure).

Requirements:

  • Having experienced minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing for CCTV, Access Control, Door Lock, Barrier Gate & Security System Product is a must.
  • Must have experienced & knowledge and about CCTV, Access Control, Door Lock, Barrier Gate & Security System Product for Project (SMB) and how to sell.
  • Have data base / customer list coverage from existing account : ME, Design Interior, Developer, Contractor, Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller, Owner and End User (Commercial, Industrial, High-Rise Buildings & Infrastructure) is a must.
  • Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, communication skills.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready to outsite Jabodetabek for business trip (road show) or create project or open new market.

Account Manager / Sales Project ( IT Product Solution ) – Balikpapan Area

Job Description:

Find and managing customer / end user, selling the products in IT Product Solution for Project division in Balikpapan Area. Generate New Customer & New Sales Opportunities. Create and Excecute Sales. Canvasing, meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customer is a must. Responsible for negotiating, communication ( new customer and / or partners or principles ) to assigned target number (Gross Profit).

Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with customer and be a PIC of contact. Achievement of sales through the direct sales (End User).

Requirements:

  • Having experience Minimal 5 Years as a Sales Project IT Product is a must.
  • Have own data base / customer list coverage from your existing account (own networking) is a must (End User / Project).
  • Strong background and experience creating project from beginning until ending (Tender or PL) is a must.

JobDescription: Find and managing new project for selling the Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio, LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution.Searching and creating project / end user, for selling Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio, LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution. Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer and / or existing customer is a must. Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication ( new customer and / or existing partners ) to assigned target number. Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with project partner and be a PIC of contact. Focusing on growing and developing existing customer with generating new coverage and customer. Achievement of sales through the direct sales channel. Act as the key interface between the customer (project partner or end user) and all relevant divisions.

Requirements:

  • Having experienced minimum 3 years as a Sales : Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio, LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution is a must.
  • Have data base / customer list coverage from existing account preferably ( End User / Project ) and experience in tender process from beginning until ending preferably.
  • Strong background in Digital Mobile Radio, LTE Radio, Radio Frequency, POC Radio, Project and Radio Trunking Technologies, Radio Conventional, Transmission Radio SDH, Fixed Radio, etc as a sales / account manager.
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to develop and create new channel in project is a must.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to business trip to outsite jabodetabek area for project.
