Sales Manager (IT Project Solution)

Job Description:

Find and managing new customer or end user, selling the products in IT Project (tender or direct) for product and solution division. Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customer is a must.

Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication ( new customer and / or partners or principles ) to assigned target number quarterly (Gross Profit). Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with customer and be a PIC of contact. Focusing on growing and developing existing customer with generating new coverage and customer. Achievement of sales through the direct sales (End User). Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. Sales target oriented, aggressive & initiative.

Requirements:

· Having experience Minimal 5 Years as a Sales Project IT Product is a must.

· Have own data base / customer list coverage from your existing account (own networking) is a must (End User / Project).

· Strong background and experience in tender process & creating project from beginning until ending is a must.

· Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active), and mandarin (passive).

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to business trip to outside Jabodetabek area for project.

Job Description:

Tandem with sales team in sales job to selling IT Solution (Product & Services) in technical side, with making the proposal, doing the presentation, survey about the customer needs, condition in the project ( end user project ) and provide the solution from proposal, until project goal and finished. Provide technical skill and advice / recomendation, such as proposal in technical side and training end user / customer about IT Solution (Product & Services). Do Research for products, services, solutions and market trend for related technology. Ensuring that the company’s Solution (Product & Services) can deliver on the customer’s requirements.

Requirements:

· Able to communicate in English both oral and written (English Active) is a must.

· Understand about IT Product, Solution & Services is a must, specific to AIDC, Networking and Handy Talky Product.

· Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Pre Sales Consultant in System Integrator / IT Consultant Company.

· Able to work independenly, having good communication, interpersonal, technical presentation and solution skills.

· Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions, resourceful & strong problem solving skills.

· Willing to work in Surabaya Area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if neccesary, and go to customer place to do the presentation, training, etc, for sales support.

SAP Business One (B1) Support

Job Description:

Provide support for SAP application system issues and customer needs. Receive, monitor, and troubleshoot the problem within SLA both in Web Ticketing System or Non Ticketing. Monitoring daily log report from SAP Application. Worked as the first point of contact with the user, service delivery of SAP B1 application support, and operations. Configure and maintain SAP B1 modules. Implement SAP B1 upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer.

Requirements:

· Understand technical specifications, business process, SAP Add-On Development, B1 Hana.

· Understand programming languages (vb, C#, .net programing), SDK / Service Layer, Query SQL / Hana, Crystal Report, JSON & Java Script .

· Having experience minimum 1 year at SAP B1 Company / Software House / Developer Company, in ERP as a Technical or Functional Consultant posistion and familiar with SAP B1 is a must.

· SAP Certifications is a big plus.

· Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya area and assigned to customer office.

Provide technical skill and advice / recomendation, such as technical drawings, proposal in technical side, setting, installing, configuring, commissioning test and training partner or end user / customer about Biometric Security Verification Product. Do technical site survey, POC and assessment toward customer related with customer requirement.

Research for products, services, solutions and market trend for related technology.

Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer. Reporting and documentation about the project. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer/end user.

Requirements:

· Security Verification System & Product is a must.

· Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Presales Consultant in Biometric Security Verification System & Product.

· Able to work independenly, having good technical presentation and solution skills.

· Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).

· Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necessary, and go to customer place to do the presentation, training, etc., for sales support.
