Create project, tandem with Partners / Principle or directly search End User and or assign to Partners. Generate, create, develop and manage the “Principle & Project / Retail Partners” (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Contractor, Dealer, Reseller and End User). Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing / new partners / end users ( Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Contractor, Dealer, Reseller and End User ). Leading and guiding Direct and Indirect Sales Business Channel to meet and achieve the company’s sales objectives efficiently. Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation for business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

• Having experienced minimum 5 years in Manager Sales & Marketing in IT Distribution Company (Distribution Retail & Project) is a must.
• Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
• Can be trusted, discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure & work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
• Able to drink and entertain Customer and Principle is a must.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya/ Puri area (Head Office) and ready to outside jabodetabek for business trip (road show) or create project or open new market.

Job Description:

Presentation to Customer from beginning until Technical Specification, How to Install, How to Operate/Used and How to Troubleshoot. Provide technical skill and onsite support to customer, such as project management, survey, setting, installing, configuring, monitoring vendor and subcon to partner or end user / customer about Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project). Tandem with sales team to find and managing project (end user & partner), selling the products Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project) at Surabaya Area. Do technical support, project management, vendor / subcon coordination from project survey until reporting related with customer requirement on Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project) at Surabaya Area. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user.

Requirements:

• Having experience minimum 3 years in Technical Project/Presales Consultant Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution is a must.
• Having experience in Service Center will be preferred.
• Strong background and experience in tender process & creating project from beginning until ending is preferable.
• Willing to work at Surabaya Area (Branch Office) and ready to business trip to outside Surabaya (East Indonesia) area for creating, presentation, installation & implementation project.

Job Description:

Tandem with sales team in presales job to selling Software Cloud Solution- Huawei Cloud in technical side, with doing the presentation, survey about the customer needs, condition in the project ( end user / partner project ), provide the solution from creating, planning, designing, submit proposal, and post sales : installation, migration, configuration, doumentation, reporting, troubleshooting, supporting, until project goal and finished. Do technical site survey, POC and assessment toward customer related with customer requirement.Testing, reviewing, correcting and enhancing code written by other functional consultant and some activities.Helping, supporting and working together with sales team for meeting, presentation, visiting, scoping, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer and/or existing customer is a must ( Project ). Ability to deliver Software Cloud Solution training to client end-users. Designing solutions for the gaps identified for Software Cloud Solution.

Requirements:

• Understand technical specifications, business process – Software Cloud Solution (Preferable Huawei Cloud).
• Should be knowledge & must be very good in Software Cloud Solution Structures integration part.
• Having experience minimum 3 year at Software Cloud Solution Technical Consultant posistion and familiar with Software Cloud Solution is a must (Preferable Huawei Cloud).
• Maintain skills in Software Cloud Solution application technical architecture.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necesary, and go to customer place to do the presentation, training, ect, for sales support.

Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customer is a must. Generate New Customer & New Sales Opportunities. Achievement of sales through the direct sales (End User).Responsible for negotiating, communication ( new customer and / or partners or principles ) to assigned target number (Gross Profit).

• Have own data base / customer list coverage from your existing account (own networking) is a must (End User / Project).
• Strong background and experience creating project from beginning until ending (Tender or PL) is a must.

Job Description:

Responsible for handling tax issues in Holding and all business lines. Prepare and review calculation, estimation, and tax report.Manage tax compliance, reporting, and tax issues for group. Manage external tax authority, consultant or external parties (ex : overseas principle).Responsible for tax audit.Having coordination with operational, finance & accounting division and staff. Make sure the data are correct & ensure tax filing is accurate and timely.

Requirements:

• Must have strong background and experience minimal 5 years in Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager position on IT Distribution Company / System Integrator / IT Services.
• Having experience in Finance & Inventory (E-banking Payment Model, Stock opname, Stock reconciliation, et cetera).
• Honest, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, and have ability to stick to time constraints.
• Having knowledge in stock control, warehouse, inventory management.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta – Puri / Meruya area.
